And yet.
Somewhere underneath all of that competence, there is a woman who is quietly exhausted. Who has been nearly getting to herself for years. I know what it feels like to hold everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside.
I was that woman. Kept delivering, kept showing up, kept performing, until burnout did not just knock on my door. It kicked it clean off the hinges. Then add surgical menopause in my mid-thirties, and let us just say my body had some very loud thoughts about how I was living.
That collapse became the most important turning point of my life.
I did not just recover. I rebuilt. From the ground up. And then I made it my mission to help other women do the same, before they hit the wall I did.
With 25 years of corporate leadership experience, I am not standing on the other side, shouting advice down. I have walked the path. I know exactly what the ground feels like under your feet.
